Chantal Larouche is one of the latter. She specializes in representing companies with the Office québécois de la langue française. She fully understands that no one wants to be told what to do in their own company. Under her leadership, she has developed a company that helps clients comply with the Charter while preserving their identity (process, culture, structure). Chantal analyzes the company’s communications flow and the need to use another language. She immerses herself in the company’s operations and activities to propose a personalized framework for compliance.
Chantal relies on her employees and external partners with in-depth expertise in compliance with the Charter of the French Language or in related and complementary fields. GP Conceptal’s network includes lawyers, translators, and specialists in human resources, tax credits (R&D/experimental development), training, and information technology.
Prior to founding GP Conceptal, Chantal was Director of Administration at Nexia Biotechnologies/PharmAthene Canada and Sales Administrator, Asia at Bombardier Aerospace, Business Aircraft Division.
