Did you know?

Quebec is the second-largest market in Canada. The province is unique for its culture and its cultural and economic diversity.

Quebec represents 23% of the Canadian population and 19% of its GDP. The province is a large, profitable market and a great opportunity to initiate the cultural conversion necessary for global expansion.

Every company in Quebec must comply with the Charter of the French Language until it is dissolved. It’s the law. No organization is exempt from this continuous process. If you must work in English more often than in French in your company, the process leading to compliance can become complicated.

The Charter is not designed to prevent a company from working, even in English as needed, or to hinder its operations. The Charter is flexible! It can be adapted to your business model, your structure and your area of activity.

Five of our services

Preparing for an Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF) audit

Assessing the current use of French in all of the company’s activities in Quebec and its communications flow.

Adapting Francization documents and forms to the company’s needs

Developing a customized Francization program, extension application, implementation reports and special agreement applications, while respecting the company’s structure and area of activity.

Drafting and negotiating the francization program, extension applications and special agreements while respecting the company’s needs

Intervening, as a company consultant or representative, in talks with the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF) concerning how the company will achieve compliance.

Website assessment

Develop a portrait of the French-language situation on your website and social media and make suggestions, including areas where correction should be considered and translation solutions.

Ensuring a continuous process

Ensure continuity in the process at all times and under all circumstances. No need to worry about the consequences of staff turnover in your company and at the OQLF.
